E/Z標記：雙鍵有機化合物的命名方式

當烯的C=C上面兩個以上的非氫取代基，而且會出現幾何異構物的時候，可以用E, Z系統來區分這些異構物，簡單說E是反、Z是順：

• (E)：德文的entgegen，「相反」，取代基出現在反側（trans）
            the higher priority groups are on opposite sides of the double bond
• (Z)：德文的zusammen，「在一起」，取代基出現在同側（cis）
            the higher priority groups are on the same side of the double bond

以1,2-dichloroethene（1,2-二氯乙烯）為例子，有兩者順反異構物：

• 反1,2-二氯乙烯：trans-1,2-dichloroethene、(E)-1,2-dichloroethene
• 順1,2-二氯乙烯：cis-1,2-dichloroethene、(Z)-1,2-dichloroethene

我的記憶方式是E/Z長的剛好跟本身的長相相反，E是反、Z是順
