- Kd ≤ 10-9 M:high affinity (smaller than nanomolar)
- 10-9 M < Kd ≤ 10-6 M:medium affinity (micromolar to nanomolar)
- Kd > 10-6 M:low affinity (larger than micromolar)
Protein-Protein Interaction Affinity Database 2.0是在查dissociation constant(Kd, 解離常數)的時候找到的網站。裡面的資料分別用下面幾項實驗與結構特性來排序:
- ∆G:越小結合強度越強,最小的例子是-18.58 kcal/mol
