Windows用Ctrl-Shift-Esc開啟工作管理員

Windows 11無法在工具列 > 右鍵 > 工作管理員來打開Task Manager (TaskMgr.exe)。目前知道有兩種方法可以叫出工作管理員：

1. 傳統方式：Ctrl-Alt-Del，點選『工作管理員』
2. David Plummer法：Ctrl-Shift-Esc
   這個方法系統的Winlogon元件會生一個工作管理員來，而且這方法即使是圖形管理介面Explorer失效的情況下，依舊可以叫出來。由於此方式不需要用到shell32.dll，所以即便是開始選單消失還是可以叫出工具管理員。
