但這只是治標的方式將視窗關閉。筆者遇到此狀況是因為外接硬碟是用Disk Utility做的RAID-1，因為多次不成功的退出、似乎是對這個外接磁碟陣列內容有所傷到，造成無法順利退出。後來是外接上去後，用Ｄisk Utility的First Aid功能將此RAID-1修復，之後便可以順利退出了。在找上述問題解法的時候，看到一個還不錯用的網頁《15 Worst Mac Hard Disk Drive Problem with Solutions》，裡面有提到下面15種問題的解法：
